What is DigiMeet?
DigiMeet combines event software with assigned engineers. Registration, networking, sponsor reporting, travel and awards work together, configured around your event.
What do you mean by Service as Software?
You get both the platform and the people who run it with you. Your assigned team configures the system, connects your tools and supports the event through reporting and the next edition.
Where do you work?
DigiMeet is US based and supports events globally, with WhatsApp support before, during and after the event. Discuss your time zone and coverage needs with us.
We already have event tools. Do we need to replace them?
Not necessarily. We can start with a pilot and connect to your existing stack through native integrations, APIs, scheduled imports or a custom connector.
How quickly can we make changes?
Custom changes are typically handled within a week. The exact timeline depends on scope and integrations. We agree the setup and delivery plan with you before your event.
Can we manage guest travel and awards?
Yes. Travel covers guest details, ticket uploads, hotels, transportation and preferences. Awards can include submissions, research, judging rounds, phone-based scorecards and leaderboards.
Can registration run on our website?
Yes. Registration and the agenda can be embedded on your existing website, keeping the experience within your brand and domain.
How much does DigiMeet cost?

Do I need to download an app?
No. DigiMeet works in your browser. Your event can use LinkedIn profile import and opt-in WhatsApp messages to make onboarding and reminders easier.
How do I log in or find my event?
Use the Login link with the account associated with your invitation. If you cannot find your event or access your account, email hello@digimeet.ai and include the event name. For a live event, put “Live event” in the subject.
Who can see my details?
You choose what to share through your profile and digital business card. WhatsApp messages are opt-in, and organizers can configure private or invite-only access. Ask your event organizer about the settings for your event.
